2025-26 District Awards Information and May 20th Submission Deadline
After the merger of Districts 7810 and 7820, PDG Jillian Gibson tasked the PDG Council with creating a new set of Awards from our new District 7815 to replace the variety of district awards and recognitions that had been used by our previous districts.
The PDG Council recommended that there be only two annual District Awards, to be presented at each District Conference in the Spring.
- Club of the Year
- Rotarian of the Year
The selection criteria for these annual awards are in the attachments to this email. Clubs may apply for Club of the Year recognition and/or may nominate one club member for consideration as Rotarian of the Year. The DG, on advice of committee of representatives from the PDG Council, will make the final decision of the successful Club and Rotarian.
Applications and nominations will be accepted until12 midnight Wednesday May 20th ADT by email to PDG Donald Sword at rotary7815dgsword@gmail.com
Please note that other awards and recognitions may be presented by RI, Rotary Clubs or the District Governor at other times in the year.
