Today, we celebrate two special occasions: Canada Day and the beginning of a new Rotary year.

As we reflect on the communities we call home, we also look ahead to another year of service, fellowship, and making a difference across Atlantic Canada and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

It is also our pleasure to introduce our new District Governor, Chris Hornberger, who officially begins her year of service today.

In the video below, Chris shares her excitement for the year ahead and her eagerness to meet Rotarians from across North Atlantic Rotary. Over the coming months, she looks forward to visiting clubs, learning about your projects, and celebrating the incredible impact our members make in their communities every day.

To all our members, thank you for your dedication and commitment to Service Above Self. Your passion and generosity continue to strengthen our communities and inspire others to take action.

We wish everyone a safe and happy Canada Day and a wonderful start to the 2026–27 Rotary year.

Here's to another amazing year of service, friendship, and impact together.
