A New Fun Fellowship for all who like taking photos.

At their meeting earlier this year, the Board of Directors for Rotary International approved the formation of a new fellowship, The International Fellowship of Rotarian Photographers. The IFRP joins some 60 other fellowships, ranging from Amateur Radio to Yachting.

The IFRP was formed to advance and foster the Object of Rotary and further understanding, goodwill and friendship among Rotarians and others through an international fellowship of amateur and professional photographers who share a love of all things photographic. Founders established the following Objectives:
  1. To promote Rotary fellowship, service and ideals through the use of all photographic mediums.
  2. To promote photography as a means of service among the family of Rotary.
  3. To foster high ethical standards in all aspects of photographic work.
  4. To support, encourage and advance the photographic successes of members of the fellowship.
  5. To sponsor and promote activities and events that enhance awareness of photography as a means of service and that raise the profile of the Fellowship.
Regular membership is open to active Rotarians, their spouses or partners, and Rotaractors. If you would like to join the new Fellowship, send an e-mail to ifrp@mlmarshal.ca providing your full name, mailing address, e-mail address and membership category. Your membership will be confirmed by an officer of the Board, after verification of eligibility and payment of dues. Inaugural annual dues are US$20, prorated from July 1st. Ongoing dues will be set at our first AGM, which is still to be scheduled.

Questions about the IFRP can be directed to the same e-mail address.
