The District Governor elect is responsible for developing the annual tactical plan which is updated with results at the end of their DG year. In this way there is connection to the budget as it developed, the execution of the plan and finally the reporting of results.
As the information system of Rotary International (through Rotary Club Central) and the district become better, measures and outcomes are more consistent, reportable and less of burden to gather and track.
