- Friday features leadership training, fellowship, optional activities, and the official conference kick-off at the Homarus Centre with a welcome reception hosted by District Governor Marcel Gervais, local Rotary Clubs, and the Town of Shediac.
- Saturday brings a full day of inspiration, connection, and celebration with keynote speakers, leadership conversations, interactive sessions, the Friendship Village, and opportunities to connect with Rotarians from across Atlantic Canada and beyond.
- Saturday evening wraps up with the North Atlantic Rotary Kitchen Party at the Euston Park Canteen at Parlee Beach — featuring local flavours, fellowship, music, and unforgettable East Coast hospitality.
- Sunday closes the conference with inspiring presentations, reflections on Rotary’s impact, and the District Governor handover ceremony as Rotary leaders look ahead to another exciting year.
