The Rotary International Convention in Toronto next June is creating a lot of interest. Already there are 10,000 Rotarians from around the world that have registered.
For Rotarians in Districts 7820, 7810 and 7790 here is a worry free comfortable way of attending the convention.
You can download a package (click here) that has been prepared for me by Target Tours of Prince Edward Island, a very professional and experienced company in the tour business. I asked them to put together a package that will provide bus transportation to Toronto and return, hotel accommodation at the Chelsea hotel, (one of the excellent RI host hotels close to the convention site), transport daily to and from the convention sites from the hotel and a city tour of Toronto. The attached document gives the specific details and costs depending on the number sharing a room.
Participants can be picked up here on PEI in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and arrangements can also be made for anyone in Quebec or other parts of D 7790 to join in as well ( those costs are not listed). The package will need at least 30 participants to make this a go and the deadline for booking is September 30. After that Rotary will release the block of rooms.
