PETS & SETS has evolved to be a Professional Development opportunity for all leaders and aspiring leaders – and the content is not just for your Rotary life – it’s for your whole life!We are so excited to be presenting this professional development day, focused on “Generous Leadership”. This is truly an opportunity for you to participate in Vocational Service as you explore ways to develop valuable leadership skills that will be of benefit for your Club and your workplace. Note that even if you have already registered for the conference, you need to register for this day separately. If you are not attending the conference as an incoming President or Secretary, the fee is only $25 for your lunch – an exceptional opportunity for you to benefit from this workshop for the cost of your lunch!

- Leadership development day focused on “Generous Leadership” – that is, inspiring generosity in your team, so everyone gives their personal best

By Whom?
- Crane Stookey – Internationally known facilitator, Executive Performance Coach, founder of the NS Sea School and Faculty member at SMU’s Executive Leadership Program
- Crane holds a Masters degree from Harvard University, has served as a Tall Ship Officer and Mental Performance Coach for the Canadian Olympic Sailing team – and he is the author of the executive leadership book Keep Your People in the Boat – Workforce Engagement Lessons From the Sea
- Crane’s Tall Ship experience brings us real-world crew-building skills for your Club and workplace!

Special Bonus Session from 3:15-4:00 p.m. for those considering leadership at the District level (or beyond!)
RI Representative Steve Brown and RI Trustee Bryn Styles will join the District Training Team to discuss leadership at the District, Zone and beyond – what skills are needed? What opportunities exist? This is an important session for anyone even just starting to think about leadership beyond your club.
