2015-16 Outcomes Measures Jan 1 Update

District 7820 has a strategic plan and monitors a number of outcomes to help indicate the success of various initiatives toward district goals.  Every quarter the outcome measures are updated and compared to the annual goals.  In this way the various committees can adjust their activities if necessary.

 

The district is making good progress and has already exceeded some of this year's objectives which is great!  We are close to the membership goals for the year due to the hard work of many people and are one of the few districts in our zone that are growing in members. 

 

On the Foundation category however, donations to the annual fund are off by about 40% compared to last year.  There is still time to make gains on this before the end of the Rotary year and Rotarians are encouraged to include the annul fund in their giving plans.
