John George McDonald Brown
John George McDonald Brown was a member of Rotary from 1968, when he joined the Rotary Club of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. He transferred his membership to the Rotary Club of Wolfville, Nova Scotia in 1972, where he remained a strong and faithful member until his death on August 6, 2013. He held almost every possible office in Rotary at the club and district level and was the District Governor for District 7820 for 1991-1992. As one of the top business minds in Canada, John served as an executive and director for several of Canada’s top corporations, where he applied his Rotary principles on a daily basis. John was also a dedicated golfer.
