Duncan Conrad

Duncan Conrad, had a distinguished career with Veterans Affairs Canada where he served as the Director of Health Programs, retiring in 2005. He presently owns and operates Duncan’s Island Tours and Conrad Consulting a management consulting business. Duncan has been and continues to be active in the community serving on boards with the UPEI Basketball program, Big Brothers Big Sister, Federal Retirees Association, Scouts Canada, Montgomery Theatre, Island Trails and the Provincial and National Boards of the Canadian Hemophilia Society.
A Rotarian since 1995 with the Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty, he has perfect attendance. He has served as District Governor 2005-06, RI Training Leader, and Representative to the Rotary International Council on Legislation 2010 and is the District representative to the 2016 Council. Has served as the district foundation Chair, the Assistant Foundation Coordinator Zone 24 East and will serve as the Zone Foundation Coordinator for zone 24 East for 2015-16. He is a Director of the Rotary Foundation Canada. He served as The RI President’s Representative to District 6890 conference in Florida. He has been recognized with the District Service Award and Several Zone Director awards and with the Rotary International Meritorious Service Award for his contribution to the Rotary Foundation.
He and his wife Linda are Major Donors and charter members of the District 7820 Paul Harris Society.
