Urgent: Club Insurance Information Needed!
All Clubs must submit key insurance details by September 10, 2025 to 7815treasurer@gmail.com. This includes:
- Charitable Trusts / Foundations: Confirm existence and number of board members for D&O coverage (or decline in writing).
- Rotaract Clubs: List sponsored clubs and membership numbers for inclusion in coverage.
Timely responses ensure your Club and affiliated entities are properly insured.

Dear Club Presidents and Secretaries,
As we finalize the renewal of District Insurance, we require the following information from all Clubs by or before September 10, 2025. Please send responses to 7815treasurer@gmail.com.
- Charitable Trusts / Foundations
- Confirm if your Club has a Charitable Trust and / or Foundation.
- Provide the number of individuals serving on the board of the Trust/Foundation.Note: This information is required to extend Directors & Officers (D&O) coverage to these entities, there is a charge of $1.25 per board member. If your Club does not wish to purchase this extension, a signed confirmation of "declining coverage" will be required.
- Rotaract Clubs
- Provide the names of any Rotaract Clubs sponsored by your Club.
- Include the number of members in each Rotaract Club.
- Please note that Rotaract Clubs are treated as regular Clubs under the policy and must be reported to be covered. Any Rotaract Clubs not identified by September 10 will not be included in the program.
Your timely response ensures that coverage can be accurately extended and endorsements issued where necessary.
