Congratulations to Matthew Connolly – Our New WASH Ambassador!

Rotary District 7815 is proud to announce that Matthew Connolly has been approved to serve as our District’s WASH Ambassador through the Rotary Action Group for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH-RAG).

WASH-RAG is a global network of more than 1,500 active members, with over 50,000 on its mailing list, dedicated to helping Rotary clubs improve access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene in schools, clinics, and communities worldwide.

In this new role, Matthew will work closely with District leadership to raise awareness about WASH programs, provide advocacy and technical support, and connect clubs with the resources they need to strengthen their impact. He will also engage and recruit WASH-RAG members across our District and support clubs in the development of WASH projects.

WASH Ambassadors are passionate champions of clean water, sanitation, and hygiene. By connecting Rotarians with tools, expertise, and partnerships, they help create meaningful and sustainable change. We are proud to have Matthew serving in this important role and encourage all clubs to welcome him as a resource and partner in advancing WASH initiatives across District 7815.
