The Learning Committee is committed to delivering engaging, practical, and interactive learning experiences that prepare Rotarians to lead their clubs and serve their communities effectively.
Through programs such as the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI), President-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS), and Secretary-Elect Learning Seminar (SELS), the committee helps members build leadership capacity, strengthen club operations, and deepen their understanding of Rotary.
