District Governor’s Visit Protocol

• The District Governor is the only program at that meeting. The program is 25 minutes.
• The District Governor and Spouse's meals are a cost to the club.
• Promote the District Governor's visit to your members to maximize attendance.
• The District Governor may require lodging; it is the responsibility of the club(s) to arrange accommodation.
• Consistent with Rotary's emphasis on the Family of Rotary, spouses and family members should be invited to attend.
• Assistant Governors are invited to attend both the meeting of the club executive and the club meeting.
• Please show respect and dignity towards the Office of the District Governor.
